Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management and at least 5 years of construction field experience.
• Understands building plans and specifications.
• OSHA 10 certification required; OSHA 30 preferred.
• Strong knowledge of safety standards and CPM scheduling.
• Experience with cost reports and labor production reporting.
• Familiar with subcontract language and quality programs.
• Proficient in computer basics and project documentation.

Responsibilities

• Administer project safety program to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
• Supervise on-site construction activities, including self-perform labor, subcontractors, and consultants.
• Manage project budget, cost-to-complete, and change documentation.
• Develop and enforce site-specific safety plans and SSQP.
• Coordinate materials, equipment, and labor to meet milestones.
• Interface with client, A-E reps, and other stakeholders professionally.
• Monitor schedule, milestones, and baseline progress; lead weekly meetings.
• Ensure compliance with contract documents and quality standards.
