Qualifications

Completion of a university degree in a relevant discipline or technical program with a minimum four years of related experience.
Graduate degree may be required for some positions.
Strong knowledge of molecular biology and nucleic acid chemistry is essential.

Responsibilities

Develops, troubleshoots, and scales plasmid DNA and IVT processes for manufacturing.
Evaluates analytical methods for DNA/RNA identity, purity, and integrity.
Designs and reviews plasmid constructs for IVT and viral vector applications.
Optimizes culture, fermentation, and purification steps for plasmid DNA workflows.
Supports transfer of lab-scale methods to GMP manufacturing environments.
Collaborates with QA/QC, GMP production, and external partners.
Maintains detailed documentation and SOPs for process development.
