Job summary

Ontario Power Generation is seeking a Senior Nuclear Commissioning Consultant to support commissioning activities at the Pickering nuclear site in Ontario. The role requires 15+ years in the nuclear industry and an active OPG security clearance.

Hybrid or site-based work arrangements apply, with immediate start and potential extension. The candidate will focus on HVAC/BAS, fire detection, electrical and mechanical tie-ins within a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in the nuclear industry.
• Active OPG Security Clearance – Mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior-level commissioning expertise and technical support in a nuclear station environment.
• Coordinate commissioning activities with engineering, construction, operations and other project stakeholders.
• Develop, review and execute commissioning plans, procedures, test documentation and related deliverables.
• Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting during commissioning and system turnover.
• Ensure commissioning activities meet nuclear procedures, quality requirements and safety standards.
