Job summary

Stantec is actively seeking a Project Manager in the Yukon/Northwest Territories region to lead municipal and transportation projects. You will manage planning, design and construction while guiding a team of professionals across disciplines, ensuring on-time delivery and budget adherence.

You will leverage northern expertise to deliver feasible road, bridge and municipal infrastructure solutions, with a focus on safety, reliability and community impact.

Qualifications

• PMI PMP is an asset and strong communication skills are essential.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams on municipal/transportation projects.
• Ability to manage scope, schedule, budget and stakeholder communications.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple infrastructure projects as a PM, overseeing scope, schedule and budget.
• Direct planning, pre-design, design and contract administration for public/private clients.
• Lead junior staff and multi-disciplinary teams to deliver transportation and municipal projects.
• Oversee project financial management including budgeting, forecasting, invoicing and payments.
• Promote safety culture and lead quality reviews, plan reviews and inspections.
• Drive business development, client relationships and proposal development.
