We’re on the lookout for a driven, sales-focused Senior New Business Broker to join our growing British Columbia New Business Team! This is a fantastic opportunity for a sales‑driven insurance professional who holds themselves to the highest standards and aligns their success with that of the customer. You'll be working remotely, supporting clients across the province during PST hours.
Reporting to the Team Lead, you'll be responsible for taking inbound leads and converting them into clients. This position provides a high volume of leads and requires excellent sales ability, time management, and commercial insurance knowledge to excel.
Bonus: There's no cold calling or prospecting required - we provide the leads and accounts!
$51,000 - $85,000 a year Base salary plus variable pay
