Job summary
A leading global technology firm is seeking a Senior Customer Service Technician Support in Fredericton, New Brunswick. Qualifications
- 5+ years' Network Operation Center and Customer Service experience.
- Strong knowledge of IP Networking.
- Fluent communication and written skills in English; French spoken and written is an asset.
Responsibilities
- Provide advanced troubleshooting for complex technical support issues.
- Escalate tickets to resolve issues collaboratively.
- Assist with system and third-party software upgrades.
- Travel to customer sites for troubleshooting.
- Serve on a rotational, on-call schedule 24x7.
