Job summary

The Ontario Public Service is seeking a Senior I&T Architect to provide architecture leadership across network security and campus networking for GovTechON. You will shape secure, resilient, and scalable architectures that align with enterprise objectives while embedding security-by-design principles.

You will work closely with service providers, internal teams, and ministries to develop reference architectures, standards, and roadmaps, enabling complex enterprise initiatives and secure

Qualifications

• Knowledge of architecture frameworks within infrastructure and/or network security domains.
• Engineering design experience delivering large-scale enterprise implementations involving SD-WAN, routing, and NGFW technologies.
• Experience with SSE, network segmentation, and wireless-first campus networks.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and enablement of enterprise IT architecture solutions with focus on networking, security, and core infrastructure services.
• Develop scalable, secure architecture strategies to support multi-ministry initiatives.
• Provide architecture leadership, standards, and roadmaps guiding technology evolution and design decisions.
