Dacaro Services is seeking a Senior Network Security Engineer to design, implement, and support segmentation initiatives across data center and cloud environments using Cisco Secure Workload. The role prioritizes reducing lateral movement and enforcing Zero Trust through policy-driven segmentation.

You will collaborate with network, security, server, and application teams to map dependencies, build robust segmentation policies, and support audits and migrations while maintaining security posture

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Cisco Secure Workload or network segmentation technologies.
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, routing, DNS and application connectivity.
• Experience with data center networking, virtualization, and cloud environments.
• Knowledge of security zoning, micro-segmentation, and Zero Trust principles.
• Understanding of firewall policies, ACLs, and security controls.
• Ability to perform traffic flow analysis and dependency mapping.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Experience with change management and implementation activities.

Responsabilités

• Deploy and support Cisco Secure Workload infrastructure and components.
• Discover and map application dependencies and traffic flows across data centers.
• Design and implement macro- and micro-segmentation policies.
• Create, test, and enforce segmentation policies based on business and security requirements.
• Analyze network traffic patterns to develop security baselines.
• Coordinate segmentation activities with cross-functional teams.
• Support policy validation, migrations, and production cutovers.
• Troubleshoot connectivity issues caused by segmentation policy enforcement.
• Develop implementation plans, test procedures, rollback plans, and documentation.
• Participate in security audits, compliance assessments, and change management processes.
