Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in network and infrastructure administration.
• Preferred certifications: CCNA/CCNP, NSE Fortinet, Citrix CCA-N, VMware VCP-NV.

Responsibilities

• Manage Citrix NetScaler equipment: administration, configuration, and optimization of network policies and routing.
• Administer VMware NSX‑T: implementation and management of network policies and routing in virtualized environments.
• Handle Cloud VLANs: configuration, monitoring, and maintenance of virtual networks in cloud environments.
• Administer IBM Kubernetes (IKS): manage the network for master and worker nodes in IBM’s Kubernetes services.
• Configure and manage Cisco switches: oversee network policies and routing on the Cisco infrastructure.
• Administer Fortigate routers: manage security policies, routing, and firewall configurations.
• Provide support and handle incidents: process service requests, manage incidents, and conduct root cause analyses for all mentioned components.
• Proactively monitor the network infrastructure and resolve performance issues.
• Create technical documentation and establish operational procedures.
