Sonepar Canada is seeking a skilled IT Business Analyst to gather, analyze, and document business requirements across multiple operating companies. You will assess impacts, validate requirements, and help drive successful IT projects in a dynamic B2B environment.

You will facilitate alignment of processes, support stakeholders through changes, and collaborate with ERP/WMS configurations to deliver robust solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, or equivalent experience.

Responsabilités

• Gathers, analyzes, and documents business requirements, processes, and system specifications for IT projects across multiple business functions.
• Facilitates alignment of requirements and processes across multiple operating companies.
• Supports stakeholders in understanding and adapting to changes from IT projects.
• Communicates key insights, findings, and recommendations to project teams.
• Creates and validates functional specifications, including data migration rules, business rules, wireframes, and test scenarios.
• Participates in design sessions and collaborates with development teams to define solutions.
• Identifies and reports technical issues; recommends improvements.
• Defines reporting and alerting requirements with the IT Project Manager.
