You will lead a high‑performing MSAT organization, bridging Process Development with GMP manufacturing, evaluating automation solutions, and driving technology transfers to ensure a reliable clinical supply for the pipeline.

The role requires advanced degrees in relevant fields, 15+ years in biotech manufacturing, and a track record of building and scaling MSAT operations in fast‑paced environments.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree or higher in Chemical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Biotechnology or Life Sciences.
• 15+ years of leadership experience in biotechnology manufacturing.
• Experience starting up a new GMP operation.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Establish the MSAT operating model and governance across the product lifecycle.
• Lead technology transfers into internal and external manufacturing sites.
• Drive design and implementation of automation and digital technologies.
• Ensure GMP compliance and inspection readiness across the network.
