As a Senior Mobile Developer on our AgExpert team, you’ll design and deliver modern mobile applications that help shape the future of agriculture technology. You’ll work alongside a collaborative, creative and technically excellent team, making a real impact in the lives of our customers.

In this role, you’ll architect, design and deliver robust, user-centered mobile solutions for AgExpert’s platforms. You’ll collaborate closely with developers, stakeholders and technical leads to enhance existing systems, add new features and ensure our mobile applications are reliable, scalable and impactful for Canadian agriculture.

  • Lead the architecture and development of mobile applications using the latest technologies

  • Write clean, maintainable code and promote best practices in code reviews
  • Mentor and inspire other developers, fostering growth and innovation within the team
  • Optimize mobile solutions for performance, scalability and user experience
  • Play a key role in evolving AgExpert’s mobile software, directly supporting Canadian agriculture

What you’ll need
  • A bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics or statistics, and at least 10 years of relevant experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
  • Advanced skills in C#, .NET 9, MAUI, XAML (UI), Linq to Entities, EF Core 8, Autofac and xUnit
  • Proven experience developing and maintaining mobile applications for enterprise environments
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms, code reviews, unit testing and DevOps practices
  • Experience mentoring or coaching developers
  • Knowledge of design patterns and their practical use
  • Experience with commercial agriculture software or cross‑platform mobile frameworks is an asset
