Autodesk, a global leader in design and engineering software, seeks a Senior MLOps Developer to operationalize ML models on the AI/ML Platform. You will design automated deployment pipelines, scale infrastructure for training and inference, and monitor system health across products powering Autodesk’s suite.

The role emphasizes security, governance, data privacy, and cross‑functional collaboration with researchers and engineers to drive platform efficiency and reliability.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years of hands‑on experience in DevOps and MLOps, deploying and managing ML models in production.
• Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or Ansible).
• Strong containerization expertise with Docker and Kubernetes for ML workloads.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines for ML projects.
• Strong scripting in Python or Bash.
• Familiarity with monitoring/logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).
• Security best practices in MLOps, data privacy and compliance.
• Excellent collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex operational issues.

Responsibilities

• Drive operational excellence of the AI/ML Platform with MLOps practices.
• Design and implement automated deployment pipelines for ML models.
• Maintain scalable infrastructure for model training, inference and data processing.
• Develop robust monitoring and logging to track model performance and health.
• Collaborate with data developers to ensure efficient data pipelines.
• Implement version control for ML models and governance practices.
• Enforce security and compliance standards across the MLOps lifecycle.
• Identify automation opportunities to optimize processes.
• Investigate and resolve operational issues and assist in incident response.
