Qualifications

• 6–10+ years in software or ML engineering with 3+ in MLOps
• Strong Python and C/C++ background
• Experience deploying ML models to production
• Proficient with Docker and Kubernetes for ML systems
• Familiar with cloud platforms and GPU orchestration
• Hands-on CI/CD pipelines and experiment tracking tools

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end ML pipelines for training, evaluation and deployment
• Build infra for training and model serving across cloud providers
• Develop data pipelines, data labeling, experiment tracking, retraining
• Collaborate with AI researchers to productionize POCs
• Implement CI/CD for ML systems with automated testing
• Monitor model health, drift, and data quality in production
• Partner with engineering to streamline infrastructure provisioning
• Drive cost optimization and performance tuning for large-scale training
• Contribute to internal docs and best practices
