Job summary

Worley Canada Mining Team is seeking a Principal Mining Engineer for a full-time role based in Oakville or Markham, Ontario. You will lead mining studies and project delivery, driving front-end solutions and client engagement on local and global projects.

The candidate should have extensive underground mining experience, strong familiarity with Deswik and Studio 5D planner, and hold a PEng in Ontario or eligibility. Willingness to travel and collaboration across teams are essential.

Qualifications

• Extensive senior-level knowledge in underground consulting and operational excellence.
• Experience with NI43-101 or JORC-compliant studies highly regarded.
• Willingness to travel.
• Ability to collaborate in multi-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and consulting services to mining clients.
• Act as Mining lead, Project Manager on EPCM and DE projects.
• Input into Business Development strategy and expand professional network.
• Lead technical work on PEA, PFS, and FS studies.
• Support technical execution of mining projects.
• Maintain client relations; site visits as required.
