• Completion of secondary education with a degree or diploma in flour milling technology is required.
• A minimum of 10 years of industry experience in food or beverage processing.
• A minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Direct, manage, coordinate, and schedule activities of Millers and staff.
• Ensure target optimum extraction and production utilization are achieved.
• Implement and manage wheat grist changes as required.
