Job summary

Precision Drilling Corporation seeks a Senior Microsoft 365 Developer to design, develop, and support Microsoft 365 solutions across the organization. You will work with SharePoint Online, Power Platform, Teams, and other Microsoft 365 technologies to improve collaboration, information management, and processes.

You will partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions, lead migration efforts, and supply governance, metadata management, and documentation.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Business Technology, or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered.
• 5-8+ years of Microsoft 365 experience and 3-5+ years of SharePoint Online administration and development experience.
• Proven experience designing and implementing information architecture, metadata management, governance, and content migration strategies.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Microsoft 365 solutions with SharePoint Online, Power Platform, Teams, and other Microsoft 365 technologies.
• Translate requirements from business stakeholders into scalable solutions; provide technical design and ongoing support.
• Lead content migration projects with governance and compliance standards; troubleshoot issues and document knowledge resources.
