Red Nucleus is seeking experienced Medical Affairs consultants for a remote role based out of the US, Canada, or the UK. The team delivers strategic learning and development, advisory services, and medical communications for life sciences clients.
The role involves market analysis, strategic planning, and coaching junior staff while collaborating with senior leadership to drive growth and operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, or related field.
- MBA and/or PhD/PharmD/MD degree preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop client relationships by understanding issues and preparing materials.
- Support business strategy through research, analysis, and planning.
- Deliver strategic insights and solutions to drive growth.
- Analyze market trends, evaluate business models, and support R&D strategy, market access, and portfolio optimization.
- Contribute to project success by delivering components of client solutions and supporting process improvement.
- Stay current on life sciences trends and healthcare policy.
- Lead development of medical affairs assets and organizational strategy.
- Serve as trusted advisor to senior leaders.
