Job summary

Division 15 Mechanical Ltd. is seeking a Senior Project Coordinator to manage commercial, institutional and district energy mechanical contracts in the Lower Mainland. You will maintain logs, track orders, assist schedules, and coordinate between suppliers, field teams and management.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years mechanical experience in the construction industry preferred.
• Reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong English communication, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Maintain organized logs and documentation for shop drawings, RFIs, and project plans.
• Coordinate with suppliers to track equipment deliveries and material orders.
• Assist in project schedules to maintain timelines.
• Facilitate communication among stakeholders and manage approved changes.
• Provide updates to management on ongoing activities and information flow.
• Ensure availability of Architectural and Mechanical IFC drawings on site.
• Maintain repository of shop drawings and submittals in Procore and network drive.
• Organize electronic files for field staff on devices/tablets.
• Keep SIs and RFIs updated in Procore and shared with Subtrade offices.
• Establish and maintain a PO log in Procore and share supplier contacts.
