A leading engineering firm based in Ontario is seeking a Mechanical Engineering Leader. This role requires a P.Eng. license and 15+ years in engineering management, focusing on client relationships and cross-discipline project delivery. The successful candidate will lead a multi-office team, ensuring technical quality and program governance. Exceptional leadership and client management skills are essential for this strategic position.

This role is the central leader responsible for the quality, strategic coordination, and talent development of our mechanical engineering group. You will be a key decision-maker, serving as the primary technical authority and senior client relationship manager for large industrial programs. Success is measured by your ability to elevate team performance, ensure seamless cross-discipline integration (with Electrical, Structural, and Construction Management teams), and deliver technical solutions that guarantee client satisfaction and project profitability.
