Job Description
Build Something That Matters.

At Tandem, we believe great architecture and engineering happen when talented people are empowered to challenge convention, think boldly, and work together.

We are a multidisciplinary architecture and engineering firm bringing architects, engineers, designers, and project professionals together to solve complex challenges and create spaces and systems that make an impact.

Our mission is simple:

Challenge convention. Design boldly. Build to inspire.

We're growing, and we're looking for experienced professionals who want more than just their next project. We want people who are curious, collaborative, accountable, and ready to have a real voice in the work they do.

How We Work

Think Boldly
Bring ideas to the table. Ask questions. Look for a better way.

Challenge the Expected
"We've always done it this way" isn't a reason to stop looking for smarter solutions.

Build with Purpose
The details matter. We design with intention and understand the impact our work has on our clients, communities, and each other.

Own the Outcome
Take responsibility for your work, your projects, and the commitments you make to your team and clients.

Fuel Collaboration
The best solutions don't happen in silos. Our disciplines work together, share knowledge, and solve problems as one team.

Design for Impact
We don't just deliver drawings. We create solutions that need to work in the real world.

Why Tandem?

We're big enough to deliver complex, multidisciplinary projects — yet small enough to care.

That means experienced professionals have the opportunity to influence projects, mentor the next generation, work directly with clients and leadership, and help shape how we continue to grow.

If you're looking for a place where your experience is valued, your ideas are heard, and you're trusted to make an impact, we'd like to meet you.

We are looking for a Senior Mechanical Engineer.
