Qualifications

• 5+ years IT Experience of customer delivery/customer service.
• Experience with IDS/IPS, VPN Technologies, Authentication Software.
• Ability to mentor new engineers.

• Implement MDR Security technologies in customer environments.
• Provide ongoing run support of implemented technologies.
• Evaluate and implement unique or complex MDR Security Endpoint technologies.
