In this senior role, you'll be at the center of our growing Materials Engineering practice, shaping WSP's presence across British Columbia, Canada, and worldwide. You'll bring deep technical expertise in concrete and construction materials while also serving as a strategic partner to clients, industry bodies, and internal teams.
This opportunity blends high-impact project delivery, business development leadership, and hands‑on mentoring, giving you influence over both the growth of our Vancouver practice and the next generation of materials engineers. Working closely with the Materials Engineering Manager, you will help steer strategic priorities, expand our client base, and contribute to BC's most meaningful infrastructure projects.

AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: $147,500 - $195,400
MB & ON: $134,600 - $184,600
NB, NL, NS, PEI & QC: $133,200 - $176,900
The final salary awarded for this role may vary from the above range based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
