Job summary

Jabil, a global engineering, supply chain and manufacturing partner, is seeking an experienced Material Handler III to manage complex inventory transactions, support warehouse and production operations, and serve as a subject matter expert for ERP transactions.

The role emphasizes accuracy, cycle counts, FIFO, RF scanning, and collaboration with multiple teams. Shift is 2:00pm–10:30pm; prior experience with SAP and forklift operation is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 5+ years in material handling or inventory control.
• Experience with ERP systems, SAP preferred.
• RF scanner usage for tracking.
• Forklift and pallet jack experience; certification preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced material handling across receiving, warehouse, and shipping.
• Execute ERP transactions including receipts, transfers, and adjustments.
• Maintain material traceability and inventory accuracy with RF scanners.
• Conduct cycle counts and reconciliations to ensure inventory integrity.
• Support 5S and safe work practices; operate forklifts safely.
• Collaborate with Production, Planning, Quality, and Supply Chain teams.
• Investigate discrepancies and escalate shortages as needed.
