Position Overview

Reporting to the Lead, Engagement and Offers, the Senior Manager, Collector Engagement leads the earn strategy across the AIR MILES Reward Program – including all ways to earn. This role focuses on mapping and delivering a cross‑channel lifecycle strategy that drives earn at every stage of the program, from acquisition to top collectors. The Senior Manager builds scalable solutions and journeys that lift active collectors and increase weekly engagement through multi‑channel experiences tailored to each collector’s lifecycle stage.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and direct the development and execution of the Collector lifecycle strategy, from acquisition to onboarding, nurturing and retention.
  • Lead and design a comprehensive top Collector Program, including acquisition and engagement with the BMO credit card holders.
  • Integrate with Partner Growth and Automation teams to build scalable partner‑growth solutions.
  • People leadership and coaching – overseeing resource allocation, hiring, talent development and performance management.
Qualifications
  • 5‑7 years of directly related work experience in promotions and marketing communications.
  • 5+ years of supervisory/management experience.
  • Significant experience launching fully integrated, multi‑channel strategies.
  • Experience leading large, multidisciplinary teams.
  • Expertise in core marketing disciplines – research, data and analytics, planning and implementation.
  • Excellent project management, budget planning and forecasting skills.
  • Deep knowledge of core marketing channels – promotions and direct‑to‑consumer.
  • Strong experience managing complex, large‑scale multi‑channel campaigns.
  • Experience managing agencies and strategic partnerships.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation and selling skills.
Salary

$86,000.00 – $160,000.00 per year. This range reflects the role’s responsibilities and may vary based on experience and location. Salaries may include a commission structure and performance‑based incentives.
