Job Summary
The Sr. Manager, Marketing – Park Hospitality is a dedicated marketing leader accountable for developing and executing innovative programs at the Park that drive guest engagement, revenue growth, and brand equity across all food and beverage outlets within Assiniboine Park. This role partners closely with operations, culinary, graphic design, centralized marketing leadership, and corporate communications teams to deliver best‑in‑class marketing activations that reflect the Park’s unique identity as one of Canada’s premier cultural attractions.
What You’ll Do
- Strategy & Planning – Develop and implement annual marketing strategies tailored to Park venues, aligning with guest expectations, partner objectives, and Levy’s national priorities.
- Program & Campaign Execution – Plan and launch seasonal promotions, activations, and venue rebranding initiatives, while equipping teams with the tools and training to execute flawlessly.
- Brand Stewardship – Act as a brand guardian, ensuring all materials reflect Levy standards and the distinct character of Assiniboine Park.
- Digital & Social Media – Partner with the Park’s Communications team to lead digital initiatives, including website content, email marketing, social media management, and the creation of engaging photo/video content.
- Measurement & Reporting – Define key performance indicators, track results, and share insights that refine strategy and drive revenue growth.
- Stakeholder Engagement – Build strong relationships with Park leadership, venue partners, and frontline teams to elevate the guest experience and support retail merchandising activities.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing within food, hospitality, or entertainment sectors.
- Degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience in digital marketing, content creation, and social media management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Canva (graphic design skills an asset).
- Energetic, proactive, and detail‑oriented with a strong customer focus
