We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager who is passionate about hospitality and human connection, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to help shape the marketing strategy for a collection of award-winning brands across Ontario.
Role Summary
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the Senior Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategic, multi-channel marketing plans across several Pearle Hospitality venues. This role will act as a subject‑matter expert and cross‑functional leader, driving brand awareness, guest engagement, and revenue growth.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced multi-location Marketing Manager looking to step up, or a seasoned Sr. Marketing/Brand Manager seeking a dynamic role overseeing a diverse portfolio of iconic hospitality brands.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Campaign Execution
- Partner with the Head of Marketing to plan and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns.
- Build and manage campaign action plans across key channels including web, email, social, paid media, PR, events, and local marketing, aligned with budgets and the annual marketing calendar.
- Maintain a deep understanding of each brand’s identity, ensuring creative integrity and consistency across all touchpoints.
Content Creation & Brand Storytelling
- Develop and oversee content creation across venues (copywriting, design briefs, photo/video shoots, print collateral, social content, websites, and e‑blasts).
- Craft compelling storytelling that elevates guest experience and brand positioning.
Analytics & Performance Reporting
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using digital analytics, sales data, and key KPIs.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports for senior leadership, using insights to inform continuous improvement. (Training provided as needed.)
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with venue teams, operations, sales, culinary, events, and HR to support seamless planning, rollout, and post‑launch execution of marketing initiatives.
- Manage and grow social media channels for your portfolio of Pearle brands.
Partnerships, Vendors & Innovation
- Liaise with agencies, suppliers, and brand partners to ensure marketing deliverables are on track and on budget.
- Support research and identification of new brand partnerships that add value to Pearle Hospitality.
- Conduct seasonal innovation research, including competitor insights, pricing reviews, and idea sourcing from global hospitality leaders.
Team Leadership
- Mentor and manage a Marketing Coordinator, fostering growth, creativity, and strong output.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of marketing experience (hospitality/restaurant/agency experience is an asset but not required for the right candidate).
- Strong understanding of both digital and print marketing channels.
- Exceptional creative copywriting and storytelling skills.
- Proficiency in email marketing, website content management, social media marketing, and basic paid media; SEO or website redevelopment experience is a strong plus.
- Highly organized, with the ability to lead multiple complex projects across multiple brands simultaneously.
- Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for food, drink, travel, and hospitality.
- Hands‑on experience in restaurants, hotels, bars, or events is an asset and will help you thrive in this role.
