Overview

The Senior Corporate Marketing Coordinator is responsible for coordinating corporate marketing projects from planning to execution and performance reporting. This role ensures timely delivery, strategic alignment, and seamless cross-team collaboration. Strong project management, marketing tool proficiency, and effective communication are essential for success.

Key Responsibilities
Campaign & Project Coordination
  • Maintain project timelines, marketing calendars, and stakeholder updates to ensure seamless execution.
  • Keep the project management system organized and up-to-date to track and prioritize project progress effectively.
Content & Asset Management
  • Oversee the development of marketing materials, ensuring brand consistency and high-quality execution.
  • Edit and support asset creation for brand consistency.
  • Assist with press release and blog content creation and distribution.
  • Create and distribute a weekly newsletter.
  • Draft and schedule social media posts, primarily for LinkedIn.
  • Build, refine, and deploy email campaigns via Mailchimp.
  • Coordinate award submissions.
Analytics & Optimization
  • Track key marketing metrics and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to inform marketing strategies.
Additional Support
  • Support trade show and event logistics.
  • Upload trade show leads into Salesforce.
  • Assist with various marketing tasks as needed.
Skills
  • 2 - 4 years of marketing experience.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, multitasking, and time management.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Critical thinking and proactive problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, Canva, and Keynote; familiarity with Mailchimp, Adobe Suite, and Salesforce is a plus.
