Smart, Savvy + Associates is pleased to partner with a Vancouver‑based residential property developer in their search for a Senior Marketing Coordinator. The right person for this role is a strong general marketer who is confident in handling all angles of a marketing plan from print, digital and experiential. This is a role that requires confidence and marketing experience in the residential real estate industry as it plays a key role on this small team.

As the Sr Marketing Coordinator you will…
  • Support marketing strategy and campaign execution across digital, print, and event channels for residential projects.
  • Oversee creation and delivery of marketing materials in line with brand standards.
  • Partner with Sales to deliver campaigns and collateral that drive engagement and conversions.
  • Manage day‑to‑day digital marketing activities — website updates, email, and social media.
  • Track and report on campaign metrics, offering insights and optimisation recommendations.
  • Coordinate with external agencies, designers, and vendors to ensure timely, high‑quality deliverables.
  • Assist with launches, events, and open houses to support project success.
You have…
  • 3+ years of experience in real estate marketing; senior coordinator experience preferred.
  • Post‑secondary education in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong grasp of digital marketing, branding, and content strategy.
  • Confident, organised, and skilled at managing multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficient with design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) and digital platforms (social media, CMS).
  • Analytical thinker who uses data to inform decisions and improve performance.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to Vancouver Island for project visits and events (1–2 times biweekly).
