Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience as engineering officer on a vessel of 400 gross tons or larger.
- Understanding of operation and use of emergency equipment on board.
- Knowledge of applicable Transport Canada requirements.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for operation and maintenance of vessel’s machinery.
- Performs troubleshooting and repairs of machinery.
- Liaises with Port Engineering Team for repairs.
