Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in manufacturing and/or production management for electrical or mechanical devices.
• Experience working with SAP or similar systems.
• Good understanding of operations, supply chain, and logistics processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead all manufacturing activities for projects while ensuring quality, cost, and delivery commitments.
• Manage and develop manufacturing team competencies and training.
• Contribute to continuous performance improvement of the site.

Skills

Engineering degree in industrial, mechanical, electrical

10 years of experience in manufacturing

Good understanding of operations and logistics

Strong knowledge of project management practices

Experience in Railway industry

Previous operational position as Production or Line Manager

Experience with SAP or similar systems

Strong communication and organizational skills

Proactive mindset focusing on continuous improvement

Education

Masters degree in related field preferred
