A leading professional services firm in Mississauga seeks a Senior Recovery Tax Consultant. This role involves leading audits, interacting with client decision-makers, and preparing tax recovery claims. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of indirect tax experience and relevant professional designations. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently are essential for success in this commissioned environment.

Based in Mississauga, the Senior Recovery Tax Consultant will work with clients across Canada as required.
Providing recovery audit work for clients, including analysis of client data and onsite audit work, assuming the lead audit role on client engagements, coordinating and attending high‑level management meetings with client tax personnel and/or government auditors, overseeing junior staff assigned to projects, providing written and oral presentations to clients, and preparing all forms of refund claims and submissions for tax recoveries to clients or government bodies.
