The Transaction Screening team manages global sanctions screening solutions, ensuring compliance with regulations, policies, and standards. The team oversees the development, management, and execution of screening methodologies, governance frameworks, and standards.

Is this role right for you? In this role, you will:

Support the global transaction screening management function:

  1. Strategic Project Leadership
  2. Lead end-to-end execution of strategic initiatives, including roadmap development, process redesign, and system implementation.
  3. Collaborate with Compliance, IT, Operations, and Business stakeholders to define scope, prioritize initiatives, and develop plans.
  4. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery aligned with organizational goals.
  1. Governance and Compliance
  2. Maintain and enhance frameworks for screening methodology, governance standards, and risk tolerance.
  3. Ensure compliance with sanctions regulations and risk policies.
  4. Serve as a point of contact for regulatory examinations and audits, providing reports on screening initiatives.
  1. Data and System Oversight
  2. Work with data teams to ensure data governance, quality, and lineage.
  3. Coordinate with IT and Product teams to develop business requirements.
  4. Oversee system testing, tuning, and reporting to validate screening solutions.
  1. Stakeholder Management and Communication
  2. Provide updates and insights to senior stakeholders.
  3. Foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  4. Promote a risk-based and compliant culture within the program.

People and Culture

Lead and foster a customer-focused, inclusive, and high-performance environment. Develop team strategies, manage succession, and ensure operational effectiveness and compliance with risk and regulatory standards.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, law, engineering, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in compliance, governance, or project management in financial services.
  • Strong knowledge of sanctions regulations and transaction screening systems.
  • Proven project management, stakeholder engagement, and strategic planning skills.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, organizational, and planning skills.
