We are seeking a detail-oriented, experienced Senior Manager, Supply Chain Compliance to join our team and serve as the subject matter expert on contract and procurement compliance. This role is essential in ensuring our compliance with CPSR (Contractor Purchasing System Review) requirements, FAR / DFARS regulations, and all applicable government contracting standards.

The Principal Analyst will lead compliance initiatives, provide training, identify and implement process improvements, and ensure the proper flow-down of contractual requirements across our supply chain and internal teams.

What you’ll do
  • Serve as the company’s subject matter expert on contract and procurement compliance, with a primary focus on CPSR, FAR, and DFARS requirements
  • Monitor and interpret government regulations, providing guidance to contracts, procurement, and program teams
  • Develop, maintain, and deliver training programs to ensure teams are aware of and adhere to compliance standards
  • Audit and review purchasing and subcontracting documentation to ensure readiness for CPSR and internal audits
  • Lead or participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance compliance effectiveness and efficiency
  • Ensure contractual flow-downs are properly identified, understood, and executed across departments and vendors
  • Collaborate with Contracts, Legal, Procurement, and Program Management teams to drive compliance with all contractual and regulatory obligations
  • Support internal and external audits, including CPSR, DCAA, DCMA, and other oversight bodies
  • Proactively identify compliance risks and implement mitigation strategies
Position Requirements
  • Must be authorized to work in Canada
  • University degree in Business, Law, Government Contracts, Supply Chain, or related field (Master’s or JD preferred)
  • 8+ years of experience in a contracts, procurement, or compliance role with DoD or government contractors
  • Deep understanding of FAR / DFARS regulations and CPSR readiness
  • Demonstrated experience developing and delivering compliance training
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives
  • Experience with contract flow-downs, subcontract management, and internal controls
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and government / compliance systems and tools (ERP systems, eSRS, PIEE)
