Reporting to the Director, Strategic Initiatives & Governance, the Senior Manager, Strategy Enablement plays a critical role in enabling alignment, clarity, and strategic execution across the SHN portfolio. This role leads the coordination of SHN updates, ensuring inputs from multiple teams are streamlined into clear, consistent messaging for senior leadership. It also acts as the strategic lead support for initiatives within the SHN portfolio, driving cross-functional collaboration and alignment. The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity, is highly organized, and can translate complex, cross-functional work into clear deliverables and actionable plans. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution while partnering with leaders across the business.
The Senior Manager, Strategy Enablement plays a key role in supporting the delivery of SHN priorities through the execution of high-impact initiatives. Reporting into the Strategic Execution Office (SEO), this role is responsible for managing cross-functional projects from intake through to implementation, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, governance standards, and organizational priorities.
