What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Lead and execute the strategy for Specialty Sales in Canada in alignment with the long-term strategic plan
- Develop and manage a team of Territory Managers to drive profitable growth and build meaningful partnerships
- Build and nurture relationships with Specialty retailers to enhance brand representation within their communities
- Collaborate with trade marketing to create and implement seasonal strategies for best-in-class partner experiences
- Travel across Canada to support go-to-market success and strengthen partner relationships (20-30% travel commitment)
What is Required (Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum of 8 years of related experience, specifically in people leadership and strategic account management
- Proven experience in various distribution forms including owned retail and wholesale development
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate strategies and concepts
- Excellent organizational skills and a track record of strategic planning and decision-making
