The Senior Manager, Scotia Financial Planning (SFP) Compensation & Operational Programs, is a critical leadership role supporting the SFP channel and is responsible for strategic oversight and continuous improvement of the end‑to‑end variable compensation administration process. In addition to ensuring all components of compensation are executed accurately and within established SLAs, the Senior Manager plays a pivotal role in identifying and implementing enhancements to streamline operations, strengthen controls, and reduce business risk. This role contributes to the overall success of the SSI Governance and Business Oversight team by driving initiatives that align with the team’s strategic objectives, fostering operational resilience, and ensuring all activities are conducted in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies, and procedures.
