Senior Manager, Salesforce - Global Banking & Markets Engineering – Toronto, ON

Position Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Manager, Salesforce to lead and evolve our Salesforce ecosystem, driving strategic initiatives and delivering scalable, high-impact solutions. This role requires a seasoned professional with a minimum of 6 years of hands-on Salesforce experience, a strong understanding of supporting technologies, and a passion for solving complex business challenges through technology.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Salesforce strategy, roadmap, and execution across multiple business units
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and innovation
  • Manage and mentor a team of Salesforce administrators, developers, and analysts
  • Oversee system configuration, data integrity, integrations, and platform enhancements
  • Collaborate with IT and business teams to support adjacent technologies (e.g., marketing automation, analytics platforms, ERP systems)
  • Ensure compliance with governance, security, and data privacy standards
  • Drive adoption of new features and capabilities through training and change management
  • Act as a solution architect for complex business requirements, translating them into scalable technical designs

Qualifications

  • Minimum 6 years of experience working with Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or other modules)
  • Proven track record of leading Salesforce implementations and enhancements
  • Experience supporting and integrating other enterprise technologies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented mindset
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Platform App Builder, Architect) are a strong asset
