A leading financial institution in Toronto seeks an experienced professional to develop and implement Fraud Management strategies for Credit Cards. You will execute comprehensive research, collaborate with teams, and drive transformational changes. The ideal candidate possesses strong SQL and analytics skills, along with a university degree in a quantitative field.
What's the opportunity?
You will be responsible for the development and implementation of Fraud Management strategies for Credit Cards across all channels. You will achieve this objective by monitoring the current landscape through data driven research and analytics and monitoring industry trends. You will ensure the effective balance between fraud loss, client experience, operational costs, and risk management framework. You will lead forecasting of fraud losses by collaborating within Fraud Management and Business Units. You would be responsible for analysis, facilitation, documentation, and support of Credit Cards third party Systems (TSYS, Ethoca and FICO) as it relates to product specific fraud mitigation strategies (e.g. Decision Hierarchy updates, data projects and creation related OMRs). You will support large transformational initiatives such through thought leadership, risk identification and collaboration with internal stakeholders.
