The Senior Manager is responsible for managing the procurement process to ensure the efficient and effective acquisition of goods and services that support our mission. This role involves collaborating with various departments, negotiating contracts, and fostering relationships with suppliers while ensuring compliance with corporate policies and best practices.
Leading the creation of bid and tender documentation for the entire OMA group including but not limited to: RFQ, RFP, RFSO, RFI. Collaborating with client departments and other stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and provide guidance on best practices; Facilitating cross-departmental communication to ensure procurement processes align with programmatic goals. Maintaining accurate records of procurement activities and prepares reports for management and stakeholders.
The OMA has moved to a permanent hybrid work environment. As such, the individual in this position will be required to work a minimum number of days in our Toronto office.
