Job summary

Sofina Foods Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Maintenance and Technical Services to lead the maintenance team, drive asset reliability and ensure uptime targets across our Calgary facility.

You will oversee predictive, preventive and corrective maintenance and guide capital projects, ensuring safety and quality standards. The role requires extensive CMMS experience, strong project management skills, and knowledge of ammonia plant operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years Maintenance Management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and predictive, preventive and corrective activities.
• Ensure asset reliability and uptime targets across operations.
• Drive CMMS improvements and asset standardization throughout the facility.
• Lead capital expenditure planning, equipment selection, FATs and reliability metrics.
• Maintain compliance with HACCP, BRCGS, and GMP standards.
