Lyft’s People team is looking for a dedicated people analytics leader to guide us through the next generation of our function. You'll be a trusted partner and consultant across our people team with a mission to transform complex workforce information into clear, compelling insights that help to define, measure, and evaluate our broader people strategy. Equal parts functional expert and customer-obsessed consultant, you will redefine our people data strategy and service model to ensure the right level of support for our internal customers.

The expected base pay range for this position in the Toronto area is CAD $183,000 - CAD $228,750. Salary ranges are dependent on a variety of factors, including qualifications, experience and geographic location. Range is not inclusive of potential equity offering, bonus or benefits.
