The Senior Manager of Oncology Program Excellence is responsible for contributing to the success of the oncology patient support program (PSP) portfolio at SHN. The Senior Manager brings expertise in oncology patient care and a deep understanding of the overall Canadian oncology healthcare landscape, including the operational aspects of patient support programs. Through a developed network with diverse stakeholders in the oncology community, including DANs (Drug Access Navigator/Coordinator), clinics, patient associations/groups and healthcare providers, the individual will translate key insights from these relationships into strategies that will influence program decisions to design and improve the delivery of patient support programs that meet the oncology patient needs.
This is a field-based position located in Ontario. Regular in-office presence at the SHN Mississauga location will be required for team meetings and training.
