Team Summary:
The Product Experience Design & Digital (PxD+D) team serves as the Innovation arm of Visa Consulting and Analytics (VCA). We solve complex business problems through human-centered research, delivering powerful insights that transform customer experiences for Fortune 500 clients.
The Role:
We are looking for a research translator and problem-solver who can design choice-based studies, facilitate client workshops, and present strategic insights to C-suite executives. You\'ll thrive in ambiguous, fast-moving consulting engagements where perfect data may not exist, but smart recommendations still need to be made.
