The Senior Manager, Marketing at Banff & Lake Louise Tourism plays a key role in developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that inspire visitation, drive awareness, and support the long‑term sustainability of our destination. Reporting to the Director, Marketing Operations, this role leads performance marketing, paid partnerships, and cross‑functional campaigns aligned with organizational goals. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong background in digital and performance marketing, skilled in leveraging data to optimize results. They will collaborate closely with internal teams, external partners, and creative/media agencies to deliver high‑impact campaigns. Strong project management and agency management skills are essential to ensure seamless execution and alignment across initiatives.

Start date - January 2026.
This is an 18‑month maternity leave contract.
