Qualifications

• University degree coupled with Adult Learning Certificate/Diploma or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 5 years experience as an adult educator or learning project manager.
• Experience as an associate in a large law firm will also be considered.

Responsibilities

• Manage the operations of the firm's Professional Development team.
• Plan and deliver multiple PD curricula streams and foundational learning events.
• Facilitate programs and ensure quality checking of deliverables.
