You will lead analytics that generate actionable investment insights and work with investment teams to improve affiliate processes. You will guide analytics design and development across the full delivery lifecycle, mentor analysts in Canada and India, and collaborate with senior managers to scale solutions.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in finance, data science or a quantitative field; CFA/FRM is an asset.
• 5+ years in investment analytics, investment management or data science.
• 3+ years leading an analytics or asset management team; strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Create analytics that generate investment insights and improve affiliate manager effectiveness.
• Lead a team of analysts across Canada and India.
• Collaborate with investment managers and leadership to iterate on proofs of concept.
• Apply AI where it adds value to financial modelling and anomaly detection.
• Scale analytics with Platform and Methodology Team to productionalize and expand offerings.
• Explain complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences; communicate business logic effectively.
