A leading Canadian financial institution seeks a Senior Manager for the High-Risk Client Management PEP team. This role involves managing a team of analysts to ensure compliance with operational standards and effective risk management practices. As a Senior Manager of the High-Risk Client Management PEP team, you will support the Director, by providing tactical direction and end-to-end ownership and execution of core risk decisions related to the identification, review, management, and escalation of higher risk clients including the risk assessment and enhanced due diligence (EDD) processes to mitigate against financial, regulatory, reputational, and legal risks at RBC using a risk-based approach of a new Pillar within this team.
