Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in public practice accounting, including 5 years in a management role.
• Senior manager or equivalent with at least 2 years at KPMG Canada.
• Minimum 5 years auditing and team management experience.
• Proficiency with databases and data visualization tools.
• Ability to communicate fluently in English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the CRC D&A Center of Excellence.
• Provide direct support to audit engagement teams.
• Assist in overseeing Quality team interactions and improvements.
• Prepare training materials and guidance documents for internal use.
• Identify new service opportunities for audit engagement teams.
