Are you a highly driven and analytical finance professional with a passion for strategic planning and driving financial performance? We are seeking a Senior FP&A Manager to play a pivotal role in leading the forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning cycles for Celestica, a global leader in data center infrastructure and advanced technology solutions, with a leading position in the AI Infrastructure ecosystem and anticipated 2026 revenues of $19 billion (up over 50% YTY).
In this high-impact position, you will be instrumental in building strong partnerships across our broader finance, operations, and business teams. Your expertise will be crucial in deciphering the key dynamics influencing Celestica’s financial results, pinpointing areas for improvement, and identifying opportunities to mitigate risks and enhance overall financial performance. You will also lead critical quantitative and qualitative analysis to support decision making at the CFO, CEO, and Board levels.

The stated range includes Base Salary and target Short-Term Incentive (STI) compensation only. A comprehensive benefits package is offered in addition to this range.

Salary Range: $125,000-$175,000 CAD/year
